David Yurman shoots an absurd amount of jewelry. 60,000+ product images a season across multiple campaigns. When I came on, most of the asset pipeline was manual -- photographers dumping cards, retouchers hunting for files, producers tracking deliverables in spreadsheets.
I wrote Python scripts to automate file organization, naming, and delivery packaging. Managed a team of 4 retouchers and 3 photographers through the full shoot-to-delivery cycle.
The pipeline stopped depending on someone remembering where they put things.
